Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the pieces you have ordered, or they are damaged in any way please ensure that you return them unused preferably within seven days. I will be more than happy to provide a full refund or you can exchange them for another design.

Please return the goods, as soon as possible. I strongly recommend that you return the goods suitably packaged and with proof of postage from the post office, as I will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Please be aware delivery costs for returning parcels from some countries may be more expensive than what it costs to send them from the U.K.
Refunds are not given on bespoke commissioned pieces and personalised letter or number stamped items as these are made specifically for the customer.
