If you are interested in purchasing any of the items viewed or if you require any other information regarding products or prices please don’t hesitate to contact us.
I am not taking on any new commissions until end of April 2024 as our order books are full.
All items listed on the website have to be made individually as an order is placed, at the Gower workshop by local silversmith Pa-pa. Items are usually made and sent within 5-7 working days. However we have many designs available on shelf at the Gallery in Parkmill which are not on the website. The Gallery is open 11-4pm every Saturday and Sunday.
Some heavier items may take longer due to them having to be sent to Birmingham for hallmarking.
To order, please use the 'Buy' option next to each piece to pay. VAT is included on the product page price and not added at checkout for goods delivered within the UK .

The charge for UK postage and packing is £8.50 for goods over 100g and over £50 in value using Royal Mail's Special delivery, a signed for service delivered usually before 1pm the next day). For items under £50 recorded postage is £4.50. Goods are always sent special or recorded delivery for insurance purposes and as proof of postage. Postage outside the UK is £20
Every item that is ordered is displayed in a stylish complementary gift box with the pa-pa designer jewellery logo printed on it.
From end April 2024 the Pa-pa Workshop and office is open every day for web orders and phone orders
If paying from outside the UK, Credit card companies may charge an extra foreign transaction fee.
Customs charges if sent to an address outside the UK.
- Taxes, duties and a clearance fee may be due on most goods sent outside the UK, e.g to the EU and worldwide
- Goods above €150 may be subject to VAT, customs duties and a clearance fee.
- delivery outside the UK is taking 3-4 weeks with a tracked and signed service with Royal Mail.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with the pieces you have ordered, please ensure that you return them unused preferably within seven days.
Please return the goods, as soon as possible. I strongly recommend that you return the goods suitably packaged and with proof of postage from the post office, as I will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit. I may be possible to exchange for another design of your choice within the U.K but repostage fees may apply.

Please be aware delivery costs for returning parcels from some countries may be more expensive than what it costs to send them from the U.K.
Most of the designs can be altered if you have ordered the incorrect size. Each piece is made individually as an order is placed so adjustment is possible at the workshop here on Gower. I will be more than happy to send you a replacement. If made smaller I have to cut a piece out of the silver, resolder and repolish it. If made bigger I have to occasionally remake the whole design. There is a standard £10 charge for resizing and repostage to your home address.
Refunds are not given on returned goods lost, damaged during transit due to insufficient packaging or for one-off commissioned pieces.( for example rings as these are made to measure with each ring being made individually to customers specific finger size. I will resize however for a small fee).

The designer maker Pa-pa spends most of her working day making and designing at the silversmithing workshop on Gower and is not always at the Gallery in person. Please phone to make an appointment to meet and discuss the possibility of a bespoke design.
