'Look up to the glow of full moon it’s light silvers the shore we share .Unfurl your winged soul and dive into the dark of the night sea let the rays guide you down to the swirling sand. Fill your lungs and feel the waves pull you back and forth with hypnotising rhythm. Sink and ease your body to the sway of the sea. Rest and let the seaweed tangle in your toes. Hear the pebbles roll and play with the rise and rush of the swell . In and out in and out the tide breathes edging closer and closer to the land. ' Phillippa Davies .Feb 2024
